Available to the next 100 new subscribers, with all Elite features, 10 producing users, up to 2 administrative support users and $30 monthly eligible usage credit. Existing customers keep their current rates and agreements. Monthly renewal; cancel anytime before renewal. Setup, taxes and accepted metered usage are separate. Scott approval is required before activation. If declined before activation, subscription and setup payments are refunded and the subscription canceled.

Plan limits, usage & setup details

All prices are in USD. Each plan covers one agency brand and one separate CRM account. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled under your agreement. New Beta includes 10 producing users and up to 2 administrative support users; existing customer agreements remain unchanged. Agency includes 3 producing users, Pro 5 and Elite 10; these three agency plans include up to 2 administrative support users. Additional users require a separately accepted order. Website, video and custom-work scope are stated in the service schedule.

Each plan includes the monthly credit shown above for eligible text, phone and AI use. Usage is metered, not unlimited. Metered services start disabled. Usage rates and any number, registration or other applicable charges require separate acceptance before those services are activated or charged. Unused credits do not roll over.

A few helpful answers

Before you get started.

Will my agency have its own account?

Yes. New agency subscriptions are set up with a separate agency CRM account and permissions for your authorized users. Your agency operates independently; subscribing does not make you part of our staff.

Are quotes an additional charge?

The normal interactive QuoteIt Engine workflow is included with your agency subscription. Supported products and carrier availability may vary. Quotes are estimates subject to carrier rules and underwriting, not guarantees of coverage or approval.

Are calls, texts and AI unlimited?

No. Each plan has its stated monthly eligible usage credit. Metered services remain disabled until you accept their usage rates and complete required setup. No usage is charged before that acceptance. Beta and Elite include AI appointment-setting assistant setup; AI consumption remains metered.

What website and video work is included?

Beta, New Beta, Pro and Elite include one standard branded agency website. New Beta and Elite also include one standard branded introductory video. Additional brands, producer-specific assets, major redesigns and custom work require a separate agreed scope.

Does signing up authorize automated outreach?

No. Your agency must verify consent, lead sources, licensing, Do Not Call status and all applicable calling, texting, recording and insurance requirements. Channels and workflows are enabled only after applicable setup and compliance prerequisites are addressed.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Contact gscottwatkins@gmail.com for plan changes or cancellation. Your signed order and subscription agreement describe timing, billing and data-handling terms. Existing customer agreements remain in effect unless a change is accepted.

Your agency remains responsible for compliance with applicable state insurance laws, the TCPA, federal and state Do Not Call requirements, calling and texting rules, consent, privacy and recording laws. Tools and automation support your process; they do not replace your compliance responsibilities.
